A good quality vintage hand-knotted wool rug, made in Kashmir and dating from around 1970-90, in a Turkmen Saryk geometric design with comb and tree motifs in blues, blacks & creams on a 'camel' coloured ground, woven in fine, soft wool, this attractive rug is in very good condition and will charm in any elegant home, whether traditionally-furnished or more contemporary in style and will surely attract appreciative attention from your guests.
Length 248cm x Width 160cm plus Tassels (98" x 63")
This is a vintage rug from c1970-90, so you may expect a little minor wear & tear commensurate with age and normal use, including slight losses to the tassels but, otherwise, it is in very good, generally clean & sound condition, ready to use in your home.
