An un-pretentious country-made piece from the reign of George III but in good, sound condition, with a dark-stained oak half-round top on a triangular bearer and three square, peg-jointed, tapering legs and the later addition of a drop-leaf to the rear, this lovely 'demi-lune' side or hall table is ideal where space is at a premium but opens out to create a an occasional or tea table of good proportion and will charm in the most tasteful of period-appointed homes, whether in a country kitchen, reception or guest room and will attract admiring attention from all your visitors.
