Late 19th Century Oak Arts & Crafts Church Pew with Upholstered Seat & Book Trough.

A wonderful, solidly-made & finely-grained throughout, oak Arts & Crafts church pew from around 1890 but in very good condition, with thick, solid end supports with chamfered edges and quatrefoil carving to one end, solid seat base, upholstered & covered with a blue material with brass, dome-headed fixings on ticking all around, solid plank back and top rail and a full-length trough for prayer and hymn books to the rear, this great settle or banquette seat will take pride of place in any stylish contemporary reception hall or kitchen diner* and impress family & visitors alike.

*There are two matching pews available, which would be perfect together with an oak refectory table.

A genuine antique pew from towards the end of the 19thC, so you might expect some wear & tear commensurate with age and normal use but, aside from the occasional and very minor blemish, it's in very good, clean & sound condition, ready to use in your home.

Alternatively, you are welcome to collect the item yourself.
